Our history
Founded by three engineers wishing to take part in sustainable development, IRISOLARIS is one of the main renewable energies companies in France. Its activites aim to accelerate energy transition by offering suitable solutions to its clients.

Our history

2009
The beginning
After a lot of work, the three partners create IRISOLARIS. The activity focuses first on small private photovoltaic projects. -
2011
Installations for the agriculture
In 2011, due to some changes in the legislation, IRISOLARIS stops private projects and focuses on big installations for farmers. The activity is now diversified and new projects are developed in France and abroad such as ground-mounted solar plants and roofs. -
2016
IRISOLARIS becomes an independent renewable energies producer
In 2013, IRISOLARIS was the subsidiary of Altergis to benefit from its experience. Then, Altergis and IRISOLARIS are bought by VEOLIA Energie in 2015. In 2015, IRISOLARIS and VEOLIA stop their collaboration. IRISOLARIS redefine its business model to become an independent renewable energies producer by investing in its own projects. -
2018
Agriculture becomes the core business of IRISOLARIS
The construction of agricultural buildings with solar panels becomes IRISOLARIS' core business. The number of projects grows and close relationships start with the farming sector. Litlle by little new skills are brought among the teams of IRISOLARIS. -
2019
IRISOLARIS diversifies its activity
New projects of self-consumption and ground-mounted solar plants are developed in France and abroad. New teams are formed to develop additionnal services and innovative products as well as to intensify its responses to invitations to tender. -
2020
Local deployment
Several local agencies are created across France to be closer to clients and partners. New employees complete IRISOLARIS teams to bring more expertises in projects development. -
2022
Diversification du Groupe
Le Groupe EOSIS se structure et devient multisectoriel avec l’intégration d’ECCM, le lancement de GISCO, la création d’une usine de locaux onduleurs et la mise en place d’EOS PROD PV la foncière énergétique du Groupe. IRISOLARIS devient le volet développement/construction/maintenance de projets photovoltaïques.

Présent sur toute la France avec ses 6 agences régionales, IRISOLARIS apporte des réponses expertes aux attentes des agriculteurs, acteurs de l’industrie et de la distribution ainsi qu’aux collectivités locales. La société leur garantit également un accompagnement en proximité tout au long de la réalisation de leurs projets, en collaboration avec des partenaires locaux.
