“I am in charge of the contact center within the trade division. I manage a team of telemarketers whose mission is to qualify the projects of our prospects and to guarantee a regular flow of appointments for our many sales representatives. In relation to the marketing department and the rest of the sales team, I am the relay which allows the transmission of essential information to ensure quality work as well as support on certain software used by the trade division. For this purpose, I train and accompany newcomers so that they are quickly comfortable. We are a real entry point and make it a point of honor to work in a team spirit and kindness. What I like about this work is this versatile side driven by a permanent challenge. »

“As a major project production manager, I make sure that all our projects in the areas of energy transition and infrastructure are progressing as planned: in compliance with the criteria of the contract, quality, cost, deadline. My role is to manage a team of works supervisors who follow the projects from A to Z, from land or commercial signature to commissioning. I also work on the continuous improvement of our processes and good practices while leading the P&L of the BU(s). »
