Irisolaris is the energy of tomorrow thought of today. A group established in the territories, close to the local actors, but resolutely turned towards the future.

Our history

2009

An ambitious idea is born

It all started in 2009, when a group of visionary students decided to embark on a daring adventure: rent roofs of agricultural buildings to install photovoltaic panels. Irisolaris was born, driven by a conviction: combining renewable energy and agricultural world.

2010

From concept to reality

A year later, the project takes shape concretely. The first photovoltaic power plants are installed. The idea stands out as a response for the future to energy and environmental issues.

2012

Birth of the profession of developer

Irisolaris signs its very first project development contract. The company becomes both developer and builder of photovoltaic power plants. It is also committed to the renovation of asbestos roofs, adding an environmental and heritage dimension to its projects.

2013

A turnkey offer for independent producers

Irisolaris expands its range and launches its 1st turnkey commercial pipeline dedicated to independent producers. It goes from 9 kW projects to 250 kW installations, marking a significant increase in power.

2016

From developer to producer

The company takes a step forward by becoming a green electricity producer itself. It finances its first own project company (SPV), with a power of 1.2 MWp.

2017

Strategic vision and national recognition

Irisolaris adopts its 1st strategy at 5 years and becomes winner of the call for tenders "CRE 4", launched by the Energy Regulation Commission. It is a validation of the quality and relevance of its model.

2018

An industrial approach to agricultural roofs

The company industrializes its development processes, in particular for 100 kW agricultural roofs. Optimization and standardization become engines of growth.

2019

Structuring, expansion and recognition

Irisolaris is structured with an ambitious growth plan, the creation of service management, and initiates its diversification. It deploys a network of regional agencies. The company stands out as a reference to the agricultural world by participating in major events such as the International Agricultural Show and the Livestock Summit.

2021

A reinforced field presence

With more than 100 agricultural events organized throughout France every year, Irisolaris affirms its local anchorage, its role as a local partner and becomes a reference brand in the agricultural sector.

2022

From start-ups to mid-size companies (ETI)

The company reaches a new level: it becomes a structured ETI, organized around subsidiaries with their own directors. Clear governance is taking place to support expansion.

2023

Irisolaris takes off

Irisolaris crossed 100 million euros in turnover for the first time. It opens its B2B activity and now supports manufacturers and local authorities in their energy self-consumption projects.

2024

An international ambition

In a logic of vertical integration, Irisolaris creates its first international companies. The company becomes a multi-sector group, ready to take on new challenges at the European level.

2025

A future-oriented multi-activity group

The structuring of the Group is intensifying with the creation of multi-activity agencies and the strengthening of its Energie, Construction and Equipment brands. Commercial diversification is accelerating, in particular with the development of energy storage solutions and the distribution of inverter premises on a European scale.
