Presentation

The installation of a power plant on the ground is a real opportunity to make an unexploited or degraded land profitable. Freed from construction constraints, these plants can reach sizes much greater than those installed on the roof or on a parking lot. They represent a relevant alternative when the roof is not suitable for the reception of a photovoltaic power plant.

Emphyteutic lease
Get additional income by renting us your roof for the installation of a photovoltaic power plant or finance your project thanks to the rents paid.
The Irisolaris expertise is:
• Local teams thanks to our regional agencies located closest to you
• Complete management of administrative procedures
• a rental leaseA period of 30 years to guarantee your activity: you remain the owner of the building
• Remote monitoring of the performance and operation of the plant
• Maintenance included
• A variety of buildings specifically designed for your activity and presented by energy advisors duringAn on-site visit (free and non-binding)
• Valorization of your land

Winner of a CRE call for projects, the town hall of Albi has launched a photovoltaic power plant on the ground to meet two major challenges : increase the share of renewable energies in its energy mix and reduce its CO₂ emissions. Our solution ? The installation of a 5 MWp ground plant, producing 6,600 MWh/year, equivalent to the consumption of 200 households, the plant extends over 10 hectares.

The municipality of Parves-et-Cattages has transformed an old unused quarry into a renewable energy production site. Our solution ? The construction of a photovoltaic power plant on the ground – the largest ever built by Irisolaris. Technical data : – Total power (13.8 MWp 13.8 MWh) – Annual production: 16,700 MWh – Total area: 15.6 hectares

They talk about it Better than us

“From 2014, the energy transition was one of the main priorities of the municipality of Parves-et-Cattages. Collective self-consumption interested us from its inception. We were delighted that Irisolaris offers this solution to enhance electricity Produced by the Parves-et-Cattages ground plant: make it a photovoltaic production site to offer local and carbon-free energy to neighboring communities and nearby industrialists. The municipality of Parves-et-Cattages itself consumes this electricity Decarbonised and takes a step further in the energy transition of its territory. Today, we are supplying many public buildings (town hall, school, firefighters, rural home, church, etc.) Benefit from the electricity of the photovoltaic power plant also means making an economic gain on All the buildings in the municipality are equivalent to 25% of the consumption of the town hall and the school.”
Claude COMET Mayor of Parves-et-Nattages
“One of the objectives of the mandate is to develop renewable energies as much as possible. An inventory is currently underway to analyze the existing and the constraints linked to our status as a heritage city (UNESCO). was unusable due to soil pollution. The city of Albi bought the land from EDF, then launched a call for expressions of interest (AMI) in 2018. Irisolaris, in a group with SEM Sipenr, won this friend with a Very technical file. The execution of the project took place on time, in excellent conditions.”
Jean-Michel BOUAT Deputy Mayor of Albi, Delegate for Sustainable Development
