Collective self-consumption

Collective self-consumption allows several consumers (individuals, companies, communities) to share the electricity produced locally by a renewable energy installation, such as a solar power plant.
It is a new way to consume cleaner, more local electricity and at a controlled price.
How does it work?
A photovoltaic installation produces electricity, which is directly shared between the members of the same collective self-consumption operation, according to distribution keys defined in advance.
Participants can be located within a radius of 2 km around the installation (up to 20 km in some cases in rural areas).
Electricity exchanges are managed by supplier Irisolaris Greentariff. The distribution is ensured by Enedis, guaranteeing transparency and traceability of flows.
A secure regulatory framework
Collective self-consumption is regulated by law and regulated by the Energy Regulation Commission (CRE).
It benefits from a clear legal framework, with a precise technical and administrative framework, ensuring an equitable distribution of energy and the contractual security of all actors.

The construction of a photovoltaic power plant on the ground – the largest ever built by Irisolaris.
